Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a return/refund if:

  • Damaged Product: The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.

  • Missing Product: One or more items from your order are missing.

  • Incorrect Product: You received a different product than what you ordered.

You must report any of the above issues within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed after verification of the issue.

Note:
If your order included a standard shipping charge (₹60), the shipping fee will not be refunded in case of product return/refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  • Please double-check your address, contact number, and order details before completing the purchase.

Return Window

Returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
